Can a table return a room to its first garden — before the screen, before the noise?
Between stillness and temptation. A plant-led tasting built around the imagery of the first garden, staged for a private audience in Istanbul.
A darkened room slowly overtaken by botanical life: moss, fruit, wax and low light. The garden grows toward the table; the table holds the centre.
A plant-based tasting menu by Chef Bahtiyar Büyükduman, served in acts. Each course arrives as a threshold; the room changes with the plates.
A closed table of cultural figures, hosts and guests curated for the conversation the garden was built to hold.
A recipe, a seed, a photograph in low light. The garden is folded away; the evening stays.
